SOS: Time To Save Our Shows Again

Baseball is back, so where is "Pitch?" The Fox drama about a woman (Kylie Bunbury) pitching for the San Diego Padres has been benched since Thanksgiving – and might not be seen again.

It's one of the dozens of shows on the bubble, along with "24: Legacy," "Elementary," "The Great Indoors," "Quantico," "Code Black," "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" and ABC's new "Imaginary Mary" created by Green Township native Patrick Osborne.

USA Today has launched its annual "Save Our Shows" campaign targeting 24 shows, if you want to make a  pitch to save a favorite show or two. The major broadcast networks announce their new fall schedules the week of May 15.   

I'll list those below, along with the latest info about shows which have been renewed; the goners in their final season; and those on the bubble.

USA Today's 24 endangered shows on the major broadcast networks:

ABC: "American Crime," "Fresh Off the Boat," "Imaginary Mary," "Last Man Standing," "Quantico" and "The Catch."

CBS: "2 Broke Girls," "Code Black," "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders," "The Great Indoors" and "Elementary."

CW:  "iZombie" and "The Originals."

NBC: "Blindspot," "Chicago Justice," "Taken," Timeless" and "Trial and Error."
