A male officer claimed Groveport Police Chief Casey Adams harassed him, but a third-party investigation found no city policy or state and federal laws had been violated.

Kenny Fisher was sworn in Monday. He is a U.S. Marine Corps and Army Reserve veteran and was previously a sergeant with the Circleville Police Department.

More than two dozen people applied for the post of Columbus police chief, according to documents released by the city Wednesday.
