Lawyers are asking for a class action lawsuit to bring in more employees as the restaurants fights the allegations.

The Raise the Wage Ohio Coalition will kick off its signature gathering effort Monday at the Statehouse. It aims to get a constitutional amendment on the Nov. 2024 ballot.
