Nalah Jackson, who kidnapped infant twins outside a Short North restaurant in late 2022, has been sentenced to more than 23 years in prison.

The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office learned the girl was missing when they responded to a house fire in the 7200 block of Pleasantville Road around 6 a.m. Monday.

Police in Haiti say the gang that perpetrated the kidnappings, known as 400 Mawozo, is known for such extortions in a country that’s seen kidnappings skyrocket this year amid political instability.
