Through September, Ohio has had 86 fatal pedestrian crashes. Of those crashes, 73 of them happened at dawn, dusk, or night time.

The number of fatal and serious injury crashes in downtown Columbus dropped from 19 to 9 in the 12 months before and the 12 months after March 2023.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash.
