A Franklin County grand jury returned five indictments against Pammy Maye, including charges of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.

Maye is charged with murder, kidnapping and child endangerment.

Gahanna police took a report accusing Nalah Jackson, 24, of the behavior at the beginning of November.

The Columbus Division of Police says Kason Thomas was found Thursday in Indianapolis, and kidnapping suspect Nalah Jackson has been arrested.

According to Columbus police, Kason Thomas was abducted outside a Donato's Pizza restaurant on Monday night, along with his twin brother, Kyair, who was found safe at the Dayton airport on Tuesday.
