Carlotta Penn is a children’s book author and the founder of Daydreamers Press. Her most recent book, The Turtle With An Afro, came out last summer. In addition to her literary work, she holds a PhD in education and works in the Office of Equity, Diversity and Global Engagement at Ohio State University’s College of Education.
