The Trump administration will back off on terminating the legal status of international college students. This comes after many, including two Ohio State students, filed court challenges.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost will finally allow a qualified immunity issue to get one step closer to voters. He rejected proposed ballot language eight times before – and then the U.S. Supreme Court weighed in.

Opponents of the new higher ed law are working along two different tracks in hopes of derailing it, taking it to voters, in what would be a real uphill climb -- or challenging the law in court.
