Ohio Republican Attorney General Dave Yost speaks during an election night watch party, Nov. 8, 2022, in Columbus, Ohio.

Attorney General Dave Yost is suing Columbus City Schools.

Yost says CCS broke the law when the district refused to drive 1,000 private school students to class.
