President Biden withdraws from presidential race and endorses VP Harris. What happens next?

President Joe Biden announced Sunday he is no longer running for president.

Facing eroding support, sluggish polls and a unified Republican Party, he stepped aside and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris. But other names are in play too.
