The city of Columbus is working to re-imagine the downtown district’s streetscape to swap streets for more walking and bike paths with a project called The Capital Line.
The endeavor would involve taking over street space, including some parking spaces.
The Capital Line would be a two-mile path lined with greenery, art and furniture. It has a price tag of $100 million.
