Ohio municipalities could restrict the use of recreational marijuana and impose additional taxes under legislation introduced last week.
The House bill would make several changes to the voter-approved law set to take effect on Thursday. In addition, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce wants lawmakers to ban all marijuana use in public.
Meanwhile, environmental groups have sued to block fracking in state parks.
