Wellness Wednesday: How do you know when to go to your doctor instead of urgent care?

Not knowing who or where to turn during a medical emergency can be overwhelming.

For some people urgent care centers are their best option for medical care.

But, relying on urgent care as your medical provider can pose some risks.

So how do you know whether to go to your doctor or visit urgent care?

The days growing shorter and loss of sunlight disappears can be a big problem for some people.

For them, the decreased amount of daylight triggers seasonal affective disorder, a type of depression also known by the acronym SAD.

For many people, the winter months are the bulking season. They pack on pounds, and build up their strength, in order to pack on more muscle.

But, even if you don’t bulk up, getting strong is good for your brain.
