Individuals facing suicidal ideation don’t all have the same experience. Psychologist Craig Bryan joins the show to talk about how these ideations can present differently and the role that mental health screenings play in suicide prevention.

We'll also discuss the impact meaningful relationships have on men's mental health. A 2021 study by the Survey Center on American Life found the percentage of men with at least six close friends fell by half since 1990. A lack of close friends can lead to loneliness and isolation. We’ll discover how the card game Let’s Get Real Bro, is getting men to open up about their mental health and form more meaningful relationships.
