By now we have all heard of the great resignation, but some prefer the term 'great reshuffle'.
An enormous number of workers have quit their jobs in the last two years but many are leaving blue-collar or hourly roles and taking better paying ones.
They are frequently filling tech job postings that have exploded as even more aspects of daily life move online and companies needing to hire are rolling back requirements like prior work experience or a four-year college degree.
Today on Tech Tuesday we discuss the rise of 'new collar' jobs.
