The pandemic hit Ohio one year ago. Since then it has upended everyday life. For some, that has meant working or learning from home.
But for those already in economically vulnerable situations it has meant losing income, missing meals or becoming homeless.
Today on All Sides with Ann Fisher, our weekly long A Year of COVID series takes a look at how economic disparities have been exacerbated by the pandemic.
Guests:
- Lisa Hamler-Fugitt, executive director, Ohio Association of Foodbanks
- Michelle Heritage, executive director, The Community Shelter Board
- Stephanie Hightower, president and CEO, Columbus Urban League
- Ann Bischoff, CEO, Star House
