The holidays are going to be different this year for the millions of Americans heeding the advice of public health officials to stay home and stay safe from COVID-19. But we all still have to eat, just not as much.
With smaller celebrations, home cooks might want to start thinking about how to downsize the family recipes.
On our annual holiday cooking show, The New York Times Food Editor Sam Sifton and WOSU food reviewer and cooking teacher Steve Stover share their insights for how to scale back without lowering the bar for holiday meals.
Guests:
- Sam Sifton, assistant managing editor, The New York Times Food editor, and founding editor, NYT Cooking
- Steve Stover, WOSU food critic
