No job and less money make it hard to afford rent and even harder to buy a house. Half of Ohioans in a new study say they have suffered from one or both financial realities since the pandemic began five months ago.
The study, commissioned by Ohio Realtors in partnership with the National Association of Realtors, delivers a grim reality check to the state’s housing market.
And yet, the Central Ohio real estate market continues to produce swift home sales and a surge in new home construction.
