Online depiction of child sexual and physical abuse has exploded during the last decade. Last year, more than 18 million incidents of such content were reported. Some 45 million images or videos of abuse were involved.
And the problem is only expected to worsen because government and tech companies aren’t equipped to address the onslaught.
