An independent investigation found that Ohio State University’s now disbanded Sexual Civility and Empowerment unit failed to report nearly 60 felonies to law enforcement.
OSU was required by law to report these felonies in accordance with Title IX.
However, Title IX is in the midst of changes under U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy Devos, changes that could reduce universities’ responses to off-campus sexual assault.
Today on All Sides, campus sexual assault and title IX development.
