Smartphones have become a part of our daily lives.

Now researchers are asking how those phones and our constant relationship with them could change our bodies.

Medical experts say that they are skeptical of a 2018 study that blamed smartphone use for the appearance of bone spurs growing from human skulls.

Today on Wellness Wednesday on All Sides with Ann Fisher: the posturing about our posture with smartphones.

Guests:

  • David Putrino, physical therapist and director of rehabilitation innovation at Mount Sinai Health
  • Dr. Jordana Cohen, lead author of the study, assistant professor, University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine
  • Dr. Alison Field, Chair in the Department of Epidemiology, Brown University School of Public Health
