The 2020 Democratic presidential field is getting crowded.
12 Democrats have already announced their bids for president. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders joined the fray this week after losing in the 2016 primary to Hillary Clinton. Sanders, a self-described democratic socialist, said the Democratic party has finally come around on socialistic views.
