A Texas judge last week ruled the entire Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. If upheld, the ruling would throw out the law’s pre-existing condition protections, premium subsidies, expanded Medicaid and much more. Democrats and other proponents of the Affordable Care Act denounced the decision.
