The Greater Columbus Arts Council proposed a 7 percent tax in August on tickets and admission to all events in the city.
While the tax would raise money for the arts and bankroll upgrades to Nationwide Arena, anyone going to practically any event in Columbus will have to pay extra.
Today on All Sides, we discuss the ticket-tax and how other communities fund their arts.
