The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is planning to reverse the rules within Title II that sets the legal foundation for net neutrality and protects online free speech. In response to the FCC's decision, thousands of websites including major companies like Twitter, Netflix and Amazon will participate in an online protest on July 12 to oppose the FCC's plan to undo Title II.
