Unintentional overdoses leading to death due to heroin and opioids hit an all time high in 2014 and the issue continues to be called a state epidemic. In an effort to help the growing problem, Senator Rob Portman has helped push a bill through Congress that would give millions towards decreasing the high statistics of drug abuse and increasing treatment coverage.
