Planned Parenthood has filed a preemptive legal strike in court in an attempt to head off promised state action over how they dispose of aborted fetuses. An investigation by Attorney General Mike DeWine found that three abortion clinics in Ohio were violating the state Administrative Code requiring "humane" disposal of aborted fetuses. The debate still revolves around federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other legislative efforts to further limit access to legal abortions in Ohio.
