There is a slight majority in Ohio that supports legalizing marijuana for personal use, but the question still remains of whether or not those people will vote for Issue 3. 

According to the $71 million federal grant application, education officials in Ohio are planning to increase the number of students attending charter schools by nearly thirty percent over the next five years. Columbus mayoral candidate, Andrew Ginther, is involved in an Ethics Commission investigation regarding a trip he took last year with a lobbyist to the Big Ten Championship game.
