The US Intrests Section building in Havana. Soon to be the US embassy.

More than 54 years ago America closed it's embassy in Havana. President Obama plans to change that. He announced last Wednesday that America would reopen it's embassy in Cuba, and in turn Cuba shall open it's embassy in Washington D.C. While the trade embargo is still in action, the two countries are trying to normalize their relationship. This hour, a look into what normalizing relations will look like.
