The second TEDxColumbusWomen will be held this month in conjunction with the global TEDWomen talks.  

This hour: TEDxColumbus co-founder Ruth Milligan and two of the TEDxColumbusWomen 2015 speakers discuss the process of preparing for a TEDx talk and how their stories  -- from six-word memoirs to multicultural education -- fit into the larger theme of women.
