Tuesday is Election Day, and WOSU followed along as Ohio voted on two key ballot measures.
Issue 1, which passed with about 56% of voters, enshrines abortion and reproductive rights in the Ohio Constitution. Issue 2, which would make recreational marijuana legal for people over 21 years old, also passed with 56% of voters.
The Associated Press provides the real-time vote tallies. The AP does not make projections and declared a winner in both ballot measures only when it was determined there was no scenario that would allow the trailing side to close the gap.
Polls closed around the state at 7:30 p.m., and tallies were updated as soon as votes come in.
