J.T. Barrett served his one-game suspension, stemming from his OVI arrest on Halloween, and this weekend against Illinois, fans can expect Barrett running the Ohio State offense.

Football players at the University of Missouri played a big part in the recent resignation of school president Tim Wolfe. He stepped down after the football team refused to play until he was removed for what many called a failure to respond to racial tension on campus. For a closer look at the history of athletes participating in political or social movements, Steve and Thomas spoke with Doug Hartmann, a sociologist at the University of Minnesota who's written about the intersection of race and sports.
