The Franklin County Coroner's Office released the full autopsy report for the Georgia woman who fell from Ohio Stadium before the start of the 2024 Ohio State spring commencement in May.
The coroner ruled that 53-year-old Larissa Brady died by suicide after she intentionally climbed a wall in stands at Ohio Stadium and fell over 100 feet to the ground below. Brady, from Woodstock, Georgia, was attending her daughter's graduation ceremony that day.
The coroner detailed the injuries to Brady's body and other evidence that led to their ruling.
The report said Brady walked away from her family, including her daughter, who was graduating that day. After she was separated from her family, witnesses reported Brady climbed, unassisted, over a concrete wall at the upper stands of the stadium and appeared to mouth the word “bye” prior to the fall.
The report said her medical history included multiple mental illnesses and previous suicide attempts.
Brady was positively identified by fingerprints.
