Ohio State University College of Medicine is welcoming its new class of medical students on Monday.
Ohio State will welcome 200 first-year medical students during a white coat ceremony. As with everything during the pandemic, the ceremony has been altered to allow for social distancing.
Still, the next generation of physicians will gather at 3 p.m. to recite the university’s medical school oath and receive their first white coat as a symbol of their entry into the medical profession and their next four years with the university.
Family members and friends will be able to watch online.
