A woman shot another woman at Victoria's Secret PINK at Easton Towne Center on Thursday, and Columbus Police says it started as a fight over a man.
According to Columbus Police, the 23-year-old woman who was shot is in stable condition after being transported to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center. The shooter was detained at police headquarters and questioned after the incident.
According to Deputy Chief Thomas Quinlan, the women had "bad blood" between them before their unexpected encounter at PINK. The shooting occurred in an upstairs room of the store.
Easton Towne Center prohibits firearms.
Police say they were able to respond immediately because of Easton Towne Center's elaborate camera system.
