What once was vacant land adjacent to COSI, will, in a few years time, be a thriving urban neighborhood of high-rise residential buildings, shops and restaurants, office buildings and a hotel or two.
The plans for what’s known as the Scioto Peninsula were announced today by the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation.
Construction for what’s believed to be a half-billion-dollar investment could begin in a little more than a year.
