Grove City Police have confirmed that the body of 21-year-old Ohio State student Reagan Tokes was found in Scioto Grove Metro Park yesterday. Tokes had been shot, and police are investigating the death as a homicide.
Tokes was first reported missing Thursday morning. Police responded to a report of a body in the Grove City park Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say Tokes' car later was found in Columbus.
In a press release Friday morning, Ohio State University said reports indicated Tokes, a fourth-year psychology major, was last seen leaving work in the Short North area of Columbus around 9:45pm on Wednesday night.
The investigation is ongoing, and police will "maintain a visible presence in the campus area," the press release says.

The university is offering counseling services Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Ohio Union's Student Life Multicultural Center.
