Columbus Police reopened I-70 after apprehending a man with a gun who fled into a building facing the freeway Tuesday afternoon.
According to Columbus Police's Rich Weiner, the suspect was wanted for aggravated assault. Because cars would have been in the line of fire of the SWAT barricade, police closed I-70 in all directions at Livingston Avenue.
Police then cleared the building before reopening the highways.
