Columbus police say they’ve arrested a man a second time for a ticket scam involving an Ohio State and Michigan football game.

Police say 66- year-old Martin Alper told a woman he would sell her tickets at face value or $100.  He wanted $20 up front and the rest she could pay later.

Police were notified and when Alper didn’t show up he was arrested at his home.  In 2007, police arrested Alper for similar felony ticket scams.
