Central Ohio’s unemployment rate slipped in August to under 4 percent, making it the only metro area in the state to have a jobless rate that low.
The rate is down from 4 percent in July, according to numbers released by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.
Delaware County had an unemployment rate of 3.4 percent and Madison and Union counties had rates of 3.5 percent.
