Coleman sold the home in 2010 for $520,000. That's about 20 percent more than similar nearby homes sold for at the time.

Federal investigators say Columbus mayor Michael Coleman will not face criminal charges related to the 2010 sale of his former home.

Coleman sold the home at a higher-than-market value to a Chinese woman who was trying to start a business in Columbus.

An employee in the city’s development department and Coleman’s real estate agent help the woman get U.S. visas and set up bank accounts.

Coleman’s last day in office is Thursday.
