This fall’s election is officially underway with the start of early in-person voting on Tuesday.
Ohioans have 29 days to cast no excuse absentee ballots – they can vote in person from 8am to 5pm for the next three weeks, and then till 7pm the last week of October, and during limited hours on the weekend and the day before Election Day.
Those who request absentee ballots by mail must do so by Halloween, and must have completed ballots postmarked by the day before Election Day.
There are three statewide issues on the ballot as well as mayoral, judicial and other local races and 1,736 local issues, including money requests for police, fire and schools.
