It was a good night for Columbus Clippers' fans, who got a night of free entertainment and watched the team take an early lead in the Governor's Cup series.
The Clippers beat Indianapolis 6-5 Tuesday night to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-five series.
The winner of the Governor's Cup is deemed champion of the International League and goes on to play the winner of the Pacific League title to determine the best team in Triple A, the highest minor-league level.
Tickets to game one were once again free, as Clippers executives have struggled to find ways to get fans into Huntington Park for playoff games, which come after students return to school and after many of the best Triple A players have been called up to their major league affiliates.
Tickets to Wednesday's game two in Huntington Park are once again free.
