An Ohio State University professor is under house arrest after threatening to kill the dean of his college and himself.
41 year old Paul Craig Boardman is an associate professor at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs. He's charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening kill Dean Trevor Brown at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs on April 29th.
Boardman is scheduled to appear in Franklin County court next week on the menacing charge and separately on traffic and marijuana possession charges.
A University spokesman says Boardman has been re-assigned. He remains on the OSU payroll but is prohibited from teaching or performing University service. Boardman is banned from the campus until the charges are resolved.
