Central Ohio Shooting Range Owner Reacts To Arizona Death

The owner of a Delaware shooting range says he is shocked by the shooting death of an instructor by a 9 year old girl with an automatic weapon. Rex Gore of Black Wing Shooting Center says his business does not allow children under 10 to handle any weapons. "It is a tragedy anytime anyone gets injured by a firearm and it was unnecessary for something like that to happen because it shouldn't have happened because one of the age and the inexperience of the shooter and then the lack of the instructor to control the environment," says Gore. Gore says Black Wing does hold summer camp firearms training for youth 10 years and older. And those younger than 18 can practice shooting a rifle with a parent or guardian.
