Circleville Teen Killed In Crash On Icy Road

The Ohio Highway Patrol has identified the 13-year-old boy who died in a crash on an icy road in Circleville. Troopers say Zachary Mans was a passenger in the car driven by his mother, 36-year-old Kristy Stone. The car slid left of center and hit another car Sunday morning in Circleville. Zachary died at a hospital. His mother and 4-year-old brother were treated for minor injuries and released. Zachary was a seventh grader at Circleville Middle school.
