Troubled Landlord In Court Again

The landlord whose Franklinton rental home caught fire in December, killing three people, will be in court again Tuesday morning. Sam Vazirani faces 20 housing code violations related to the house where three people died in a fire Christmas Eve, including a toddler. All of the charges are misdemeanors. Last month, Vazirani faced code violations on a different rental property. He pleaded no contest to those charges. Vazirani will be sentenced in March where he faces up to two months in jail.
