Congressional Map Session Boils Over, Ends With No Compromise

A last-minute Statehouse session on Ohio’s new Congressional map ended after shouting between lawmakers and a dozen Republicans walking off the House floor without voting. Ohio Representatives were meeting Thursday in hopes of hashing out a compromise before Democrats move forward with an effort to repeal the state’s new Congressional map. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports tempers flared after Democrats refused to vote for a new map.
