Ohio House Approves DNA Expansion

The Ohio House of Representatives has approved a senate-passed plan to greatly expand the state's DNA testing program. That program helps courts determine who's guilty and who's innocent of crimes. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports on the debate
