Ohio Lawmaker Seeks Repeal Of Anti Gay Marriage Amendment.

In 2004, Ohio voters okayed a constitutional amendment that basically bans gay marriage AND domestic partner benefits, granted by state government. The vote was 62% to 38. But NOW, a state legislator is proposing that his fellow lawmakers put a NEW measure onto the ballot. It would REPEAL the anti-gay marriage amendment. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
